    针对选煤厂尾煤压滤环节处理工艺灵活性大、工艺复杂、人工经验依赖严重等问题,结合压滤机入料桶自动补料、压滤机自动判断进料结束、压滤机启停台数自动推荐、压滤机与加压过滤机自动排队卸料、加压过滤机煤饼厚度自动监控等控制方法,进行选煤厂智能压滤控制技术研究。结果表明:应用智能压滤控制技术后,压滤系统日平均压滤板数由系统实施前的285提高到320,压滤效率提高了12%,减少了岗位工作量,大大降低了人力成本。

  • Abstract

    In response to the issues of high flexibility, complex processing, and heavy reliance on manual experience in pressure filtration process of tailings in coal preparation plant, this research explores intelligent pressure filtration control technology in coal preparation plant by implementing control methods such as automatic feeding of filter press feed bucket, automatic determination of the end of feeding of filter press, automatic recommendation of the number of filter presses to start and stop, automatic queuing discharge of filter press and pressure filter, and automatic monitoring of coal cake thickness of pressure filter. The results indicate that after the application of intelligent pressure filtration control technology, the daily average number of filter presses in the pressure filtration system is increased from 285 to 320, the filter press efficiency is increased by 12%. The workload of the post is reduced, and the labor cost is greatly reduced.
