摘要
为了解决东坡煤矿工作面强采动引起的巷道围岩变形破坏的控制难题,以该矿特厚煤层923工作面回采过程中持续变形的巷道为工程背景,通过实验室试验获得了923巷道围岩的物理力学参数,阐明了巷道围岩的变形破坏特征。采用理论计算方法确定了塑性区范围及煤柱留设宽度,并利用FLAC3D数值计算模型分析了不同煤柱宽度条件下巷道围岩应力场、塑性区的分布与演化特征。根据综合研究结果,确定了优化后的煤柱留设宽度为18m。同时,对923巷道围岩的支护参数进行了针对性优化。通过现场工程实践及矿压观测验证了优化后煤柱宽度及支护参数的合理性。因此,该研究成果对类似条件下巷道稳定性控制具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract
In order to solve the difficult problem of controlling the deformation and damage of the roadway surrounding rock caused by strong mining in the working face of Dongpo Coal Mine,taking the continuously deformed roadway in the process of mining back of 923 working face of the mine's extra-thick coal seam as theengineering background,the physical and mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock of the 923 roadwayare obtained through laboratory tests,and the deformation and damage characteristics of the surrounding rock ofthe roadway are elucidated.Theoretical calculation methods are used to determine the range of the plastic zoneand the width of the coal pillar,and the FLAC3D numerical calculation model is used to analyze the distribution and evolution characteristics of the stress field and plastic zone of the roadway peripheral rock under theconditions of different coal pillar widths.Based on the results,the optimized width of coal pillar is 18 m.Meanwhile,the support parameters of 923 roadway perimeter rock are optimized.The reasonableness of the optimized width of coal pillar and support parameters is verified through on-site engineering practice and miningpressure observation.Therefore,the research results have important reference value for the stability control of the roadway under similar conditions.
