    煤矿工作面快速掘进技术的应用是当前我国煤炭产业得以迅速发展的关键,为了提高巷道掘进效率及解决目前掘进工作面临时支护困难等问题,依托斜沟煤矿23104皮带巷掘进工作面,以优化支护方案和升级掘进装备为研究内容,引进了快速掘进与支护装备,并适当降低了巷道支护密度,通过开展工业性试验,不断优化快掘成套设备,实现了掘进工作面的快速掘进。
  • Abstract
    The application of rapid excavation technology in coal mine working face is the key to the rapid development of coal mine industry in China.In order to improve the efficiency of roadway excavation and solve the problems of difficult support in the current excavation work, based on the 23104 belt roadway excavation working face of Xiegou Coal Mine, the rapid excavation and support equipment were introduced to optimize the support scheme and upgrade the excavation equipment as the research content, and the roadway support density was appropriately reduced. Through the industrial test, the rapid excavation of the excavation working face was realized by continuously optimizing the rapid excavation equipment.
