摘要
为了掌握东曲矿18304综掘工作面粉尘分布规律及不同抽压比对综掘工作面粉尘分布的影响,运用FLUENT数值模拟软件对井下掘进巷道的风流场进行了模拟,得到了不同抽压比下综掘工作面的风流场,并分析其对综掘工作面粉尘分布的影响。结果表明,提高抽压比可减弱压风筒前方的涡流,有利于改善综掘工作面环境。

Abstract
In order to grasp the dust distribution law of the fully mechanized excavation face and the influence of different pumping pressure ratios on the dust distribution of the fully mechanized excavation face, the FLUENT numerical simulation software was used to simulate the airflow field of the underground excavation roadway. The airflow field of the fully mechanized excavation face under different pumping pressure ratios was obtained, and its influence on the dust distribution of the fully mechanized excavation face was analyzed. The results show that increasing the pumping pressure ratio can reduce the vortex in front of the pressure air duct, which is beneficial to improve the environment of the fully mechanized excavation face.
