摘要
干河煤矿2号煤煤尘存在矿物含量高、亲水性差的问题,导致综采工作面粉尘浓度超标,为了解决该问题,设计实验室沉降实验来测量不同类型、浓度表面活性剂溶液对煤尘的润湿性,选择1.5% X-100、2% JFC、2% SDBS、2% SDS溶液作为组份进行复配实验,确定1.5%X-100、2%JFC 、 2%SDBS三种溶液1∶2∶2比例的三元复配润湿剂作为2-126工作面现场应用试验的煤层注水添加剂,较注入纯水条件下,工作面总粉尘除尘率提高62.65%,呼吸性除尘率提高72.80%,取得理想降尘效果。

Abstract
The No.2 coal dust in Ganhe Coal Mine has the problems of high mineral content and poor hydrophilicity. leads to excessive dust concentration in fully mechanized mining face. In order to solve this problem, a laboratory sedimentation experiment was designed to measure the wettability of different types and concentrations of surfactant solutions to coal dust. 1.5% X-100, 2% JFC, 2% SDBS and 2% SDS solutions were selected as components for compound experiments. The ternary compound wetting agent of 1.5% X-100, 2% JFC and 2% SDBS with a ratio of 1 : 2 : 2 was determined as the coal seam water injection additive for the field application test of 2-126 working face. Compared with the injection of pure water, the total dust removal rate of the working face increased by 62.65%, and the respirable dust removal rate increased by 72.80 %, and the ideal dust reduction effect was achieved.
