摘要
针对七一煤矿15号煤层大巷厚而坚硬顶板支护条件,利用理论分析、室内试验、工程类比、数值模拟等综合手段,获得了15号煤层大巷围岩物理力学参数,确定了其松动范围为0.65 ~ 0.8 m,属于小松动圈,计算了大巷围岩K2石灰岩、泥岩、铝土质泥岩RMR分值分别为51、45、47,属于Ⅲ级较好岩体,为锚杆长度和强度选择提供一定依据。通过分析4种支护方案下的锚杆(索)轴力、偏应力和最大主应力,以及塑性区分布情况,提出了大间距锚杆支护设计,认为15号煤层大巷锚杆间距为1.2 m、锚索间距为2.4 ~ 3.6 m,能够满足支护要求。研究成果为类似条件下巷道围岩稳定性控制提供一定参考。

Abstract
Aiming at the supporting conditions of thick and hard roof of No.15 coal seam roadway in Qiyi Mine, the physical and mechanical parameters of surrounding rock of No.15 coal seam roadway were obtained by means of theoretical analysis, laboratory test, engineering analogy and numerical simulation. It was determined that the loose range was about 0.65 ~ 0.8 m, which belonged to the small loose circle. The RMR scores of K2 limestone, mudstone and bauxite mudstone in the surrounding rock of the roadway were calculated to be 51,45 and 47 respectively, which belonged to the better rock mass of grade III, which provided a certain basis for the selection of bolt length and strength. By analyzing the axial force, deviatoric stress, maximum principal stress and plastic zone distribution of bolt and anchor cable under four support schemes, the design of large spacing bolt support was put forward. It was considered that the bolt spacing of No.15 coal seam roadway was 1.2 m and the anchor cable spacing was 2.4 ~ 3.6 m, which can meet the support requirements. The research results provide some reference for the stability control of roadway surrounding rock under similar conditions.
