Research on continuous support reduction technology in fully mechanized triangular coal mining

为解决边角煤和三角煤回收效率低、资源浪费等问题,本文以裕兴煤业15210工作面为研究对象,采用理论计算和现场监测的方法,研究了三角煤回采工艺,提出三角煤连续减架回采方案及相应的顺槽补强支护措施。现场应用后,监测了巷道围岩表面位移和应力分布规律,结果表明巷道补强支护效果良好。连续减架方案的成功实施降低了三角煤资源浪费,创造了可观的经济价值。
To address the issues of low recovery efficiency and resource waste of corner coal and triangular coal, this paper focuses on the No.15210 Face of an experimental mine. Theoretical calculations and on-site monitoring were used, the triangular coal recovery process was studied and a continuous reduction recovery plan along with corresponding chute reinforcement support measures was proposed. After field application, the surface displacement and stress distribution of roadway surrounding rock were monitored, and the results showed that the reinforcement support effect of roadway was good. The successful implementation of the continuous support reduction scheme reduced the waste of triangular coal resources and created considerable economic value.
