地质构造是制约煤炭资源开采和巷道安全掘进的不利因素,巷道掘进过地质构造时受围岩破碎、节理及裂隙发育等因素影响,巷道顶板支护困难、超高现象频繁且顶板出现淋水及煤壁破碎,给生产带来安全隐患。为了确保巷道安全、高产、高效掘进,对榆树坡矿5号煤准备大巷进行超前预注浆加固。现场应用效果显著,确保了围岩结构稳定,实现了过断层带安全生产,解决了过地质构造对掘进的影响,减少无效进尺,实现了高产、高效的目标。
Geological structure was an unfavorable factor restricting the mining of coal resources and the safe excavation of roadways. When the roadway was excavated through the geological structure, it was affected by factors such as broken surrounding rock, joint and fracture development. The roof support of the roadway was difficult, the super-high phenomenon was frequent, and the watering and coal wall crushing appeard, which brought potential safety hazards to production. In order to ensure the safe, high-yield and high-efficiency excavation of the roadway, the advanced pre-grouting reinforcement was carried out in No.5 coal preparation roadway of Yushupo Mine. The field application effect was remarkable, which ensured the stability of the surrounding rock structure, realized the safe production through the fault zone, solved the influence of passing through geological structure on the tunneling, reduced the invalid footage, and achieved the goal of high yield and high efficiency.
