邢东矿11218工作面的布置为里宽外窄,为了多回收煤炭资源、减少各种因素影响出煤时间,创新出了一套符合现场实际的新的续架工艺并成功应用。为了让后部刮板输送机能够实现双向运输,在输送机机尾处安装了过渡槽代替普通机尾固定节,同时通过扩帮等新型回收煤柱施工工艺方法,在11218工作面多回收煤炭资源7 657 t,增加煤炭收入600余万元,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
The layout of No.11218 Face in Xingdong Mine was wide inside and narrow outside. In order to recover more coal resources and reduce the influence of various factors on coal discharge time, a set of new support adding technology in line with the actual situation on site was innovated and successfully applied. In order to realize the two-way transportation of the rear scraper conveyor, the transition groove was installed at the tail of the conveyor to replace the fixed section of the ordinary tail. At the same time, through the construction technology of the new recovery coal pillar such as the expansion of the side, 7 657 tons of coal resources were recovered in the No.11218 Face, and the coal income was increased by more than 6 million yuan, which had achieved good economic and social benefits.
