    随着煤矿掘进距离的增加,为了满足煤矿井下长距离电缆末端电动机额定运行时端电压大于95%额定电压、启动时大于75%额定电压的实际需要,研制了一种矿用隔爆型移动变电站有载自动调压装置。该装置主要由降压自耦变压器、柱式无极调压器、补偿变压器、互感器和控制中心组成。介绍了有载自动调压装置各个组成部分、调压电刷控制方式以及调压策略。有载自动调压装置通过同步采集输出线路电流和电压,用所研究的专用算法可推算出电动机端电压,根据用户设定的目标值可在有载运行时实现自动调压,从而满足电缆末端电动机运行的电压要求。

  • Abstract

    With the increase of coal mine excavation distance, in order to meet the actual needs that the terminal voltage of the long-distance cable end motor in the coal mine is greater than 95% of the rated voltage when it is running and 75% of the rated voltage when it is starting, a mine flameproof mobile substation on load automatic voltage regulating device is developed. The device is mainly composed of step-down autotransformer, column-type stepless regulator, compensation transformer, mutual transformer and control center. This paper introduces the components of the device, the regulator brush control method and the voltage regulation strategy. The device collects the output line current and voltage synchronously, and can derive the motor end voltage with the special algorithm studied, and can realize automatic voltage regulation when there is a load according to the target value set by the user, so as to meet the voltage requirements for motor operation at the end of the cable.
