    针对分析露天煤矿爆破振动规律时存在的起爆零时刻的确定问题,设计了地表雷管布设方案和图像采集系统,运用感知哈希算法和向量范数相结合的图像相似度分析方法得到了爆破起爆零时刻的图像,提出一种基于高速摄影图像相似性的爆破零时刻确定方法,实现了爆破起爆零时刻的精确检测。结果表明:该方法能够有效地解决传统方法中存在的时间滞后或超前问题,提高确定爆破起爆零时刻的精准性,误差范围可控制在毫秒级。这为爆破振动传播、振动衰减及能量释放规律的感知和分析中统一爆破起始时刻提供了有益参考和借鉴。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problem of determining the detonation zero moment when analyzing the blasting vibration rules in open-pit coal mines, a surface detonator layout plan and an image acquisition system are designed. The image similarity analysis method combining perceptual hashing algorithm and vector norms is used to ascertain the zero moment of detonation. A novel approach is proposed for determining the zero moment of blasting based on the similarity of high-speed photography images captured at the time of detonation. This method enables precise detection of the zero moment of blasting initiation. The findings indicate that this approach effectively solves the issues of time lag or advancement commonly encountered in traditional methods, and enhances the accuracy of zero moment determination to a millisecond-level error range. It provides a useful reference for the unified blasting initiation time in the perception and analysis of blasting vibration propagation, vibration attenuation and energy release law.
