摘要
在小孔距爆破中,其抗冲击能力不足,电子雷管拒爆现象频发。针对此问题,介绍了3种电子雷管的抗冲击实验方法:岩土介质爆炸冲击实验、霍普金森杆冲击实验和水下爆炸冲击实验,并对每种实验方法的优缺点进行了评述。总结了冲击实验中电子雷管拒爆的分析检测方法,梳理分析了电子雷管的冲击失效原因,并从优选零部件和冲击防护设计2个方面,介绍了几种电子雷管抗冲击性能的提升方法。

Abstract
In small hole spacing blasting, due to inadequate impact resistance, the misfire of electronic detonators occurs frequently. To solve this problem, three impact resistance test methods for electronic detonators are introduced: geotechnical medium explosion impact test, Hopkinson rod impact test and underwater explosion impact test. And the advantages and disadvantages of each experimental method are reviewed. This paper summarizes the analysis and detection methods of the misfire of electronic detonators in impact experiments, and combs and analyzes the reasons for the impact failure. Several methods for improving the impact resistance of electronic detonators are introduced from the aspects of preferred parts and impact protection design.
