摘要
基于矿用防爆锂电池车辆续航短、充电慢等问题,研究了国内外换电技术的现状和整个行业发展情况,结合目前市场现状,以太原煤科院生产的大容量防爆锂电池车为例,设计了一套适用于矿用防爆锂电池车辆的换电方案,用三维建模、仿真分析及模拟试验等手段,验证了方案的可行性及可靠性,为后续矿用防爆电动车辆换电技术的研究及落地实施提供一些参考。

Abstract
Based on the issues of short endurance and slow charging of mining explosion-proof lithium batteryvehicles, the current situation of battery swapping technology at home and abroad and the development of the entireindustry were studied. Taking the large capacity explosion-proof lithium battery vehicles produced by Taiyuan CoalScience Institute as an example, a battery swapping scheme suitable for mining explosion-proof lithium batteryvehicles was designed. The feasibility and reliability of the scheme were verified through 3D modeling, simulationanalysis, and simulation experiments, providing some reference for the research and implementation of batteryswapping technology for mining explosion-proof electric vehicles in the future.
