结合逆止器工作原理、楔块的结构特点及技术要求,制定了楔块的加工工艺路线。通过设计的开口弹性卡套,实现了在车床上打中心孔,给后续偏心圆弧的磨削奠定了基础;通过采用成型圆弧铣刀实现偏心圆弧的半精加工;通过设计的偏心圆弧磨胎工装,实现了楔块偏心圆弧的精加工;进行了检测及试验验证,该工艺方法能使楔块圆弧面表面粗糙度≤0.8μm(工作面达0.4μm),同轴度≤0.02mm,逆止器的各项性能均满足技术要求。
Based on the working principle of the backstop, the structural characteristics and technicalrequirements of the wedge block, a machining process route for the wedge block has been developed. By designingan open elastic sleeve, the center hole was drilled on the lathe, laying the foundation for subsequent eccentric arcgrinding. By using formed arc milling cutters to achieve semi-precision machining of eccentric arcs. By designingan eccentric arc tire grinding fixture, precision machining of the eccentric arc of the wedge block has beenachieved. The inspection and experimental verification have been carried out, and this process method can achievea surface roughness of ≤0. 8 μm on the circular arc surface of the wedge block (up to 0. 4 μm on the workingsurface), a coaxiality of ≤0. 02 mm, and all performance of the backstop meet the technical requirements.
