    针对防爆柴油机支架搬运车难以运输薄煤层液压支架的问题,通过分析支架搬运车在薄煤层综采工作面多通道回撤工艺中的作用,确定了新型薄煤层蓄电池支架搬运车的功能参数,设计了与薄煤层支架相匹配的承载功能结构,分析了车辆轴荷分布特点及驱动模式适应性,设计了开关磁阻电机驱动系统及电回馈制动系统,分析了大容量特殊型铅酸蓄电池的充放电特性,指出了蓄电池的使用维护事项及提升续航里程的方法,介绍了车辆相关智能化配置及采用的先进技术。工业性试验表明,新型薄煤层蓄电池支架搬运车整车性能完全满足使用需求。
  • Abstract
    It is difficult to transport the thin coal seam hydraulic support with explosion-proof diesel engine support carrier. Aiming at this problem, we analyzed the role of the support carrier in the multi-channel retracement of the thin coal seam mining face, and determined the function parameters of the new battery support carrier for thin coal seam mining. We designed the bearing function structure to match with the thin coal seam support, analyzed the characteristics of the vehicle axle load distribution and the adaptability of the driving mode. Designed the switched reluctance motor drive system and the electric feedback braking system, and analyzed the charging and discharging characteristics of the large-capacity special lead-acid battery. We also pointed out the use and maintenance of the battery and the method of improving the endurance mileage, and introduced the related intelligent configuration and advanced technology of the vehicle. According to the industrial test results, the performance of the new thin coal seam battery support carrier fully meets the use requirements.
