基于对无极绳连续牵引车和绳牵引卡轨车的梭车制动装置、车辆编组形式,以及相关规范、标准、规程条文的研究,探讨了无极绳连续牵引车和绳牵引卡轨车在斜巷运输系统中是否需要设置跑车防护装置的问题,通过分析研究得出绳牵引斜巷轨道运输系统中,缠绕式绞车和无极绳绞车提升串车时斜巷内必须设置跑车防护装置。无极绳连续牵引车和绳牵引卡轨车两种辅运设备,要求在车组编组中编入带制动功能的梭车或安全制动车,作为牵引绳断绳保护;其次,可以在车组尾部加挂安全制动车或带抱绳功能的辅助牵引制动车,解决矿车与矿车之间连接处脱销、断销、断链而发生跑车事故;最后,车组加挂保险绳作为最后一道防跑车的安全措施。
