    现有针对智能化露天煤矿建设的研究主要聚焦于智能化露天煤矿总体规划、基本架构、建设内容的完整性评价等方面,关于智能化露天煤矿建设完成后运行效果综合评价的研究很少。提出了露天煤矿智能化能力的概念,即矿山巨系统对内外部环境变化能够自主做出合理响应的综合能力,是评价露天煤矿智能化程度最重要的标志。基于能力成熟度模型,从功能完整性、功能活跃性、系统结构性、数据利用高效性4个维度建立了露天煤矿智能化能力成熟度评价模型。分析了影响露天煤矿智能化能力成熟度的主要因素,发现单纯追加投资、扩建系统不能保障智能化能力的成熟,通过科学的规划,尽量采用少的功能来实现智能化建设目标,智能化建设效益将更加显著。从智能化露天煤矿能力成熟度评价模型出发,提出了露天煤矿智能化建设应遵循的减法逻辑、生态逻辑、重构逻辑与自洽逻辑,并给出了未来露天煤矿智能化发展的总体目标——全面建成“001”模式智能化露天煤矿,即移动设备及固定岗位全无人值守(“0人员”)、场景生态全覆盖(“0盲区”)、业务管控一体化(“1大脑”)。

  • Abstract

    Existing studies on the construction of intelligent open-pit coal mines have primarily focused on areas such as overall planning, basic architecture, and the evaluation of the completeness of construction content. However, there has been limited research on the comprehensive evaluation of operational effectiveness after the construction of intelligent open-pit coal mines. This paper introduces the concept of intelligent capability in open-pit coal mines, defined as the mine's ability to autonomously respond to internal and external environmental changes in a reasonable manner. It is the most critical indicator for assessing the intelligence level of open-pit coal mines. Based on the capability maturity model, an evaluation model for the intelligent capability maturity of open-pit coal mines was established from four dimensions: functional completeness, functional activity, system structure, and data utilization efficiency. The main factors affecting the intelligent capability maturity of open-pit coal mines were analyzed, and it was found that simply increasing investment and expanding systems cannot guarantee the maturity of intelligent capabilities. Through scientific planning and the use of fewer functions to achieve intelligent construction goals, the benefits of intelligent construction were shown to be more significant. Building on the intelligent capability maturity evaluation model, the paper proposed the subtraction logic, ecological logic, reconstruction logic, and self-consistency logic that should guide the intelligent construction of open-pit coal mines. Additionally, the overall goal for the future intelligent development of open-pit coal mines was outlined: the comprehensive establishment of the "001" model for intelligent open-pit coal mines, which encompasses full unmanned operation for both mobile devices and fixed positions ("0 personnel"), full ecological coverage of scenarios ("0 blind spots"), and integrated business and control ("1 brain").
