针对传统煤仓料位检测方法效率低、精确度低、存在安全隐患等问题,提出基于微波原理的煤仓三维可视化检测系统;通过在筒仓顶安装3D微波扫描雷达对筒仓内煤炭进行全天候自动扫描检测,无需人工参与,即可实时形成筒仓内煤炭表面形态的三维视图,并据此精确计算出筒仓内煤炭存量、仓内煤炭表面各点实时料位值,从而参与相关工艺的联动控制及物料管理,加快煤矿领域向数据化、智能化发展的步伐。
In the field of coal mining, traditional methods for detecting the level of coal in silos are plagued with issues, such as low efficiency, low precision, safety hazards and so on. This paper proposes a three-dimensional visualization detection system for coal silos based on microwave principles. By installing 3D microwave scanning radar on the top of the silo, the system can automatically scan and detect the coal inside the silo all day long without any human intervention. It can instantly form a three-dimensional view of the surface shape of the coal in the silo and accurately calculate the coal inventory and the real-time coal level at various points on the coal surface. This enables it to participate in the linkage control of related processes and material management, thereby accelerating the pace of data-oriented and intelligent development in the coal mine field.
