由于选煤厂粗煤泥浓缩分级旋流器给料压力不稳定、分级效果差,导致旋流器溢流跑粗严重,造成了精煤损失,且影响了煤泥浮选效果;采取更换小直径煤泥浓缩分级旋流器和应用旋流器智能控制系统等方式,提高了粗煤泥浓缩分级效果,改善了溢流跑粗问题,提高了精煤回收率,增加了企业效益。
Due to the unstable feeding pressure and poor classification effect of coarse slime concentration and classification cyclone in coal preparation plant, the cyclone overflowed seriously, resulting in the loss of clean coal and affecting the flotation effect of slime. By replacing the small-diameter coal slime concentration and classification cyclone and applying the intelligent control system of the cyclone, the effect of coarse coal slime concentration and classification is improved, the problem of overflow and coarse running is improved, the recovery rate of clean coal is improved, and the enterprise benefit is increased.
