针对不锈钢条缝焊接筛板在使用过程中经常出现筛孔堵塞,边框筋板断裂的问题,采用具体问题具体分析的方法,一方面将筛板的上层筛丝按径向截面为正梯形方式布置,下层筛丝按径向截面为倒梯形方式布置,保证进入筛孔的物料可以无阻碍地穿过筛孔,成为透筛物料,避免其堵塞在筛孔上;另一方面采用机械性能更好的合金结构钢,对筛板的固定座、边框筋板的材质进行改进,解决边框和筋板部位断裂的问题,延长筛板的使用寿命。实验测试结果表明,采用新结构后的筛板,堵孔问题得到了有效解决,延长了筛板使用寿命。
Aiming at the important parts of the stainless steel strip welding sieve plate for coal preparation equipment, the problem of sieve hole blockage and frame rib plate fracture often occurs in the actual use process. Adopting the method of specific problem analysis, on the one hand, the upper layer of the sieve plate is arranged in a positive trapezoidal way according to the radial section, and the lower layer is arranged in an inverted trapezoidal way according to the radial section, to ensure that the materials entering the sieve hole can pass through the sieve hole without obstruction, become the material through the sieve, and avoid the blockage on the sieve hole; on the other hand, the alloy structure steel with better mechanical performance is adopted to improve the material of the fixed seat of the sieve plate and the frame rib plate, to solve the problem of the fracture of the frame and the rib plate, and prolong the service life of the sieve plate. The experimental test results show that the sieve plate with the new structure has been effectively solved the problem of blocking the hole, and the service life has been improved.
