    斜沟选煤厂原煤准备系统在实际生产中面临数质量远超设计处理能力的矸石,针对原煤破碎机处理能力不足、手选矸石外排胶带易卡堵、手选杂物较多需人工搬运等现状,通过系统优化改造,实现系统稳定运行、1215手选矸石外排输送带停运、手选杂物直排到杂物场地,最终实现提升生产连续性和安全生产标准化水平的目的。

  • Abstract

    The raw coal preparation system of Xiegou Coal preparation plant is faced with gangue whose quantity quality far exceeds the designed processing capacity in actual production. In view of the current situation such as insufficient processing capacity of the raw coal crusher, easy sticking of the outer row belt of hand-selected gangue, and manual handling of more hand-selected debris, the system optimization and transformation are carried out. To achieve the stable operation of the crusher, the shutdown of the hand-selected gangue outer discharge conveyor belt, and the direct discharge of hand-selected sundries to the sundries site, and finally achieve the purpose of improving the continuity of production and the standardization level of safe production.
