在保障能源安全中,煤炭是我国能源安全稳定供应的“压舱石”,仍发挥着不可替代的作用,煤矿智能化是煤炭安全增产保供的关键举措,也是实现行业高质量发展的必由之路。截至2022年年底,全国煤炭行业供给侧结构性改革完成了去产能10亿t和释放优势产能11.5 亿t的目标任务,化解了煤炭行业产能过剩、进口煤和库存煤双增高、煤炭供需市场失衡、市场混乱、企业效益无法保证等问题。2015年以来的7～8年时间,我国煤矿智能化建设经历了探索期和部署建设期2个阶段,截至目前智能化综采工作面由3个增加到4 076个,国家级示范煤矿近60处、省级(央企级)示范煤矿200余处,实现了机械化向智能化的革命性转型升级。虽然煤炭行业供给侧结构性改革、智能化建设、安全保障、智能化开采技术提升及人才队伍建设等方面取得了很大的进步,但还存在较多的堵点和难点,如智能化煤矿建设完成数量仅13%,百万吨死亡率是西方国家的4～6倍,安全保障还需提升,高层次人才的储备和培养严重不足等。党的二十大报告要求将实施扩大内需战略同深化供给侧结构性改革有机结合,煤炭工业也迎来了新的转型机遇和挑战,智能化将是煤炭行业高质量发展的一个重要的着力点和转型升级的良好机遇,未来将在智能化推进、资源高效开发、智能制造产业、安全保障、高素质人才培养和煤炭清洁高效转化利用等方面取得快速发展。

In ensuring energy security, coal is the "ballast" of China′s energy security and stable supply, and still plays an irreplaceable role. Coal mine intelligence is a key measure to ensure the safe production and supply of coal, and is also the only way to achieve high-quality development of the industry. By the end of 2022, the supply side structural reform of the national coal industry has achieved the goal of reducing production capacity by 1 billion tons and releasing advantageous production capacity by 1.15 billion tons, resolving problems such as overcapacity in the coal industry, double increase in imported coal and inventory coal, imbalance in the coal supply and demand market, market chaos, and inability to guarantee enterprise efficiency. In the 7-8 years since 2015, the intelligent construction of coal mines in China has gone through two stages: exploration and deployment. As of now, the number of intelligent fully mechanized mining faces has increased from 3 to 4076, with nearly 60 national demonstration coal mines and more than 200 provincial (central enterprise level) demonstration coal mines, achieving a revolutionary transformation and upgrading from mechanization to intelligence. Through the analysis of factors such as supply side structural reform, intelligent construction, safety guarantee, intelligent mining technology improvement, and talent team building in the coal industry, great progress has been made. However, there are still many bottlenecks and difficulties, such as the completion of 13% of intelligent coal mine construction, a mortality rate of 4-6 times higher than that of Western countries per million tons, the need to improve safety guarantee, and a serious shortage of reserve and training of high-level talents. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China requires the organic combination of implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand with deepening the supply side structural reform. The coal industry has also ushered in new opportunities and challenges for transformation. Intelligence will be an important focus for the high-quality development of the coal industry and a good opportunity for transformation and upgrading. In the future, rapid development will be achieved in areas such as intelligent promotion, efficient resource development, intelligent manufacturing industry, safety guarantee, high-quality talent training, and clean and efficient transformation and utilization of coal.
