    针对燕子山矿12401工作面超大采高液压支架稳定性问题,通过建立超大采高液压支架群组-围岩耦合模型,利用模型分析工作面及顶板的不同因素对模型的力学影响,得到不同因素影响下支架立柱上端的顶板变形和支架支护强度的变化规律,进而得出能有效适应工作面顶板变形的支护策略,分析工作面超大采高液压支架的强度特性,得出最高应力在液压支架上具有局部化以及区域化的特点。实际应用表明,可知理论值与试验值的误差较小,均在可接受范围内,非等强支护强度能有效控制顶板的变形,可以采用超大采高液压支架群组-围岩耦合模型来判断支架支护特性。
  • Abstract
    In view of the stability problem of the super large mining height hydraulic support in the 12401 working face of Yanzishan Mine, by establishing a coupling model of the super large mining height hydraulic support group-surrounding rock. The mechanical effects of different factors of the working face and roof on the model are analyzed using models, and the variation law of roof deformation at the upper end of the support column and the support strength under different factors are obtained. Then, a support strategy that can effectively adapt to the deformation of the working face roof is obtained. The strength characteristics of the super large mining height hydraulic support in the working face are analyzed, and the highest stress on the hydraulic support has characteristics of localization and regionalization are obtained. The practical application shows that errors of theoretical and experimental values are relatively small, both within an acceptable range. Non equal strength support strength can effectively control the deformation of the roof, and a super large mining height hydraulic support group-surrounding rock coupling model can be used to judge the support characteristics of the support.
