摘要
单县张集煤矿存在岩溶陷落柱地质灾害,为了确保采区开采安全,开展3#异常区地面探查工作。该文通过地质、钻孔等资料合理分析了煤矿的基本情况以及陷落柱发育特征,对单县张集煤矿进行了地面定向探查钻孔布置。根据定向分支井设计主要工程难点,总结了施工设备、井身结构、钻具组合、钻井设计参数、钻井液体、施工步骤等定向分支钻井施工关键技术,并且记录剩余分支孔的实钻轨迹与理论轨迹,统计定向钻进过程中多条轨迹的最大钻进偏差。结果表明:测得的6个分支孔定向钻进轨迹最大偏差均未超过0.1mm,实现对钻进轨迹进行高精度控制,从而安全有效地实现对陷落柱边界的准确探测,保障煤矿的安全高效生产。

Abstract
Geological hazards of karst collapse columns exist in Shanxian Zhangji Coal Mine. In order to ensure mining safety in the mining area, the ground exploration engineering work for the 3# abnormal area is carried out. This article reasonably analyzes the basic situation of the coal mine and development characteristics of collapse columns through data of geological, drilling and so on, and conducts ground directional exploration drilling layout for Shanxian Zhangji Coal Mine. According to the main engineering difficulties of directional branch well design, the key technologies of directional branch drilling construction, such as construction equipment, well body structure, drilling tool combination, drilling design parameters, drilling fluid, construction steps and others, are summarized. The actual drilling trajectory and theoretical trajectory of the remaining branch holes are recorded, and the maximum drilling deviations of multiple trajectories during the directional drilling process are calculated. The results show that all of the maximum deviations of measured six branch holes directional drilling trajectories do not exceed 0.1 mm, achieving high-precision control of drilling trajectories, thereby, accurate detection of boundaries of collapse columns can be achieved safely and effectively, ensuring the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
