单轨吊集散式运行、立体化换装模式的探析

    协庄煤矿-550m水平3-3采区和4-2采区共布置三个掘进工作面和一个回采工作面,辅助运输方式为大巷轨道机车加采区单轨吊机车运输,采区之间通过地轨相连,且单轨吊线路未实现网络化运输;单轨吊机车和地轨运输之间,需多次转载、换装后方可将物料运送到采掘工作面,运行效率较低,地轨机车和单轨吊机车交叉运行,占用的辅助运输人员较多,存在诸多安全隐患。为提高辅助运输效率,协庄煤矿通过敷设单轨吊重轨代替地轨运输,将采区之间的单轨吊线路进行了联网,实施“大功率单轨吊+小功率单轨吊”集散式运行、立体化换装模式,实现大巷至采区单轨吊机车之间的快速接驳和连续运输,减少了辅助运输环节和人员占用,提高了运输效率,解决了掘进工作面最后100m的机械运料难题。
  • Abstract
    Three excavation working faces and one stoping working face are arranged in the 3-3 and 4-2 mining areas at the -550 m level in Xiezhuang Coal Mine. The auxiliary transportation method is the main roadway rail locomotive and mining area monorail crane locomotive transportation, the mining areas are connected by rails, and the monorail crane lines are not achieved for networked transportation yet; between monorail crane locomotives and rail transportation, materials need to be transferred and replaced multiple times before being transported to the mining and excavation working face, resulting in low operating efficiency. The cross operation of rail locomotives and monorail cranes requires a large number of auxiliary transportation personnel, and there are many safety hazards. In order to improve the efficiency of auxiliary transportation, Xiezhuang Coal Mine replaces rail transportation with laying monorail crane heavy rails, the monorail crane lines between mining areas are conducted to be networked, "high-power monorail crane+low-power monorail crane" distributed type operation and 3D replacement mode are implemented, achieves fast connection and continuous transportation between the main roadway and monorail crane locomotives of the mining area, reduces auxiliary transportation links and personnel occupation, and improves transportation efficiency, solves the difficult problem of mechanical material transportation for the last 100 m of the excavation working face.
