大倾角下分层破碎顶板综采工作面主要面临设备稳定性差、煤矸易滚落、顶板破碎、伪倾斜不易控制等问题,回采过程中设备防倒防滑管理、顶板管理以及防滚矸管理等都制约着工作面实现安全高效生产。通过分析平煤股份香山矿己组西翼复采工作面回采过程中遇到的上述技术和管理难题,确定了设备选型和开采方案,制定了采煤机和液压支架防倒防滑措施、破碎顶板加强管理措施、工作面防滚矸措施等,避免了生产过程中出现支架倾倒、运输机下滑、顶板冒漏及滚矸伤人等问题,实现了工作面安全高效生产。

The fully mechanized mining face with stratified broken roof under large inclination angle mainly faces problems such as poor equipment stability, easy rolling of coal gangues, roof broken, difficult control of pseudo tilt and so on. During the stoping process, equipment anti toppling and anti slip management, roof management, anti gangue rolling management and others all constrain the safe and efficient production of the working face. By analyzing the above-mentioned technical and management difficulties encountered during the stoping process of the ji formation west wing re-mining working face in Pingmei Holding Xiangshan Mine, the equipment type selection and mining scheme are determined, and anti toppling anti slip measures for the coal mining machine and hydraulic support, strengthened management measures for the broken roof, and anti gangue rolling measures for the working face etc, are formulated, which avoid problems such as support tilting, conveyor sliding, roof leakage, injury from rolling gangues and so on during the production process, and achieve safe and efficient production of the working face.
