  • 摘要

    目前各煤矿企业和管理机构已经建立了一套针对矿井生产过程、生产环境、井下人员的监测监控体系,急需对体系产生的海量感知数据进行整理分析,及时预警矿井安全风险、纠正违规行为。矿井感知数据分析是个全新的技术领域,正处在发展的前期阶段。目前初步形成体系的是轴线关联分析法,是以相关法律法规、技术标准为依据,先确定甲烷、一氧化碳、通风、供电等若干关键安全要素,按照控制、状态、时间、空间等关联关系,逐步将每一个关键要素传感器的数据与其关联传感器数据合并观察分析,从而发现违规行为和风险因素。通过案例得出不同对象、不同关联关系的具体分析过程和结论,并系统化、理论化归纳阐述预警分析技术,促进该技术进一步成熟发展和在矿山安全管理工作中推广应用。

  • Abstract

    At present, various coal mining enterprises and management institutions establish a set of monitoring and control system for the production process, production environment, and downhole personnel of the mine. It is urgent to organize and analyze the massive perception data generated by the system, timely early warn of mine safety risks, and correct violations. Mine perception data analysis is a new technological field that is in the early stages of development. At present, the initially formed system is the axis correlation analysis method, which is based on relevant laws, regulations, and technical standards. It first determines several key safety elements such as methane, carbon monoxide, ventilation, power supply and others, and gradually combines the data of each key element sensor with its associated sensor data for observation and analysis according to the correlation relationship of control, status, time, space, etc, thus to discover violations and risk factors. Through cases, the specific analysis process and conclusions of different objects and different correlation relationships are drawn, and the early warning analysis technology is systematically and theoretically summarized to promote its further maturity and development, as well as its promotion and application in mine safety management work.
