    矿用带式输送机采用人工值守现场控制的管理模式,在复杂工况下运行时,存在运行故障难以快速感知和及时控制、传送带转速与运载煤量匹配效果差、设备能耗高和人力投入多等问题。针对上述问题,设计矿用带式输送机智能监控系统,基于组态软件TIAportal和SIMATICS7-1500PLC,提出具有自动化综合保护、远程变频调速等功能的集控平台设计;通过ZigBee技术构建矿井无线通信系统实现工作现场与远程监控终端间信息的实时传输;使用Profibus-DP总线和变频调速技术开发了输送机智能调速系统。应用结果表明:智能监控系统有效减少了工作人员投入,提高了输送机故障的监测切除效率,缓解了传送带上物料堆积问题并降低输送机的运行能耗,使主煤流运输系统的安全性和可靠性得到保障,为无人化智能矿山建设提供参考。
  • Abstract
    The mine used belt conveyor adopts a management mode of manual on-site control. When operating under complex working conditions, there are problems such as difficulty in quickly perceiving and controlling operating faults in time, poor matching effect between conveyor belt rotary speed and coal carrying capacity, high equipment energy consumption, excessive manpower input and so on. Design an intelligent monitoring system for mine used belt conveyor to address the above issues. Based on the configuration software TIA portal and SIMATIC S7-1500PLC, propose a centralized control platform design with functions such as automatic comprehensive protection, remote frequency conversion speed regulation and others; Constructing a wireless communication system for mines through ZigBee technology to achieve real-time transmission of information between the work site and remote monitoring terminals; A conveyor machine intelligent speed regulation system is developed using Profibus-DP bus and frequency conversion speed regulation technology. The application results show that the intelligent monitoring system effectively reduces staff input, improves the monitoring and removal efficiency of conveyor machine faults, alleviates the problem of material accumulation on the conveyor belt, and reduces the operating energy consumption of the conveyor machine. This ensures the safety and reliability of the main coal flow transportation system, providing reference for the construction of unmanned smart mines.
