    平煤十二矿己14-31110工作面上保护层开采期间,存在下邻近层瓦斯涌出量大的问题。为解决治理瓦斯时工程量大、利用率低的问题,在己14-31110工作面提出了适用于上保护层开采条件下“以孔代巷”的瓦斯抽采技术。通过现场试验,确定了定向钻孔布置方式、下筛管方法和封孔工艺等关键技术参数,形成了上保护层开采条件下“以孔代巷”瓦斯抽采技术体系,有效解决了下覆己15和己16-17煤层瓦斯涌入问题。结果表明:“以孔代巷”的瓦斯抽采技术有力解决了上保护层开采条件下的瓦斯难题,确保了工作面安全高效回采。
  • Abstract
    During the mining period of the upper protective layer in the Ji-31110 working face of Pingmei No.12 Mine, there is a problem of large gas emission amount in the lower adjacent layer. In order to solve the problems of large engineering volume and low utilization rate in gas governance, a gas drainage technology called "replacing roadway with hole" suitable for the upper protective layer mining condition is proposed in the Ji-31110 working face. Through on-site experiments, key technical parameters such as directional borehole layout mode, lower screening tube method, hole sealing technique and so on are determined, forming a gas drainage technology system of "replacing roadway with hole" under the mining condition of upper protective layer, effectively solving the problem of gas emission in the underlying Ji coal seam and the Ji coal seam. The results show that the gas drainage technology of "replacing roadway with hole" effectively solves the gas difficult problem under the mining condition of the upper protective layer, ensuring safe and efficient stoping of the working face.
