    为了进一步提升龙湾煤矿综采效率和煤炭出采率,以2210工作面为研究对象,提出了切顶卸压无煤柱综采技术,对爆破切顶方案和巷道围岩支护方案进行了研究,采用UDEC模拟分析软件对不同切顶高度、不同切缝角度情况下顶板垮落状态的影响进行了分析,确定最佳切顶卸压参数,提出回采巷道补强支护、井下巷道临时支护技术,提高无煤柱开采时巷道的稳定性。实际应用表明,切顶高度越大,围岩的卸压效果越好,切顶角度的变化和顶部卸压没有直接的联系。采用上述技术后,巷道顶板变形量降低66.4%,巷道两帮变形量降低57.1%,煤炭回采率提升了4.6%。
  • Abstract
    In order to further improve the fully mechanized mining efficiency and coal extraction rate of Longwan Coal Mine, the 2210 working face is taken as the research object, and the roof cutting and pressure relief non coal pillar fully mechanized mining technology is proposed. The blasting roof cutting scheme and the roadway surrounding rock support scheme are studied. The UDEC simulation analysis software is used to analyze the influence under situations of different roof cutting heights and different seam cutting angles on the collapse state of the roof, determine the optimal roof cutting and pressure relief parameters, and propose reinforcement support for the stoping roadway and temporary support technology for the downhole roadway to improve the stability of the roadway during non coal pillar mining. The practical applications show that the greater the roof cutting height, the better the pressure relief effect of the surrounding rock; The change in roof cutting angle is not directly related to roof pressure relief; After adopting the above technology, the deformation amount of the roadway roof decreases by 66.4%, the deformation amount of the two sides of the roadway decreases by 57.1%, and the coal recovery rate increases by 4.6%.
