摘要
受采区边界与断层的影响,按照常规对齐布置工作面切眼,将导致整个采区大量煤炭资源的损失。为最大限度地回收资源,以东滩煤矿1310工作面为研究对象,制定了一套合理的旋转开采方案,对刮板输送机上窜下滑控制、支架控制与输送机搭接、顶板控制等旋转开采关键技术进行分析,总结适用现场的工作方案。通过实地应用,该方案有效保障了工作面的正常回采,与常规布置相比,仅一个工作面就多回收煤炭资源6万t,提高了煤炭资源的回收率,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract
Due to the influence of mining area boundaries and faults, arrange the working face cutting holes in accordance with conventional alignment will result in the loss of a large amount of coal resources in the entire mining area. In order to maximize the recovery of resources, taking the 1310 working face of Dongtan Coal Mine as the research object, a set of reasonable rotating mining scheme is developed. Key technologies for rotating mining, such as control of upward and downward movement of scraper conveyor, bracket control and conveyor overlap, and roof control, etc, are analyzed, and the work scheme applicable to the site is summarized. Through on-site application, this scheme effectively ensures the normal stoping of the working face, compared with conventional arrangement, only one working face can recover an additional 60000 t of coal resources, improving the recovery rate of coal resources and achieving good social and economic benefits.
