    带式输送机长时间运行易导致多种故障并引发火灾风险,对人员和设施造成重大损失。针对虎峰煤业主要依赖人工巡检和有限点检测温,存在效率低和准确性差、难以全面监测和自动灭火问题,采用新型分布式光纤测温技术为基础,研究并应用自动报警与自动灭火装置,形成了一套完整的主斜井综合防灭火系统。该系统覆盖主斜井带式输送机及巷道全域,实时感知温度和烟雾以及一氧化碳的浓度异常,一旦发现潜在风险,自动报警并自动灭火;温度变化异常区域,防灭火系统第一时间提供应急智能辅助建议,以预防和减少火灾事故,提高生产安全系数。
  • Abstract
    Long term operation of tape conveyors can easily lead to various malfunctions and cause fire risks, causing significant losses to personnel and facilities. In view of the problems of low efficiency, poor accuracy, difficult to comprehensively monitor and automatically extinguish fires existing in Hufeng Coal Industry, which mainly relies on manual inspection and finite point temperature detection. Using the new type of distributed fiber optic temperature detection technology as a basis, a complete set of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing system for the main inclined shaft is formed by researching and applying automatic alarm and automatic fire extinguishing devices. This system covers the entire area of the main inclined shaft tape conveyor and roadway, and senses temperature, smoke, and abnormal concentration of carbon monoxide in real time. Once any potential risks are found, it automatically alarms and automatically extinguishes the fire; In areas with abnormal temperature, the fire prevention and extinguishing system provides emergency intelligent assistance suggestions in a timely manner to prevent and reduce fire accidents and improve the factor of production safety.
