摘要
针对斜沟矿液压支架供液系统在日常使用过程中压力波动大、压力冲击较为严重等现象,提出对液压支架供液系统进行智能化优化改造。通过研究液压支架跟机流程,得出供液系统过大的供液流量会减少使用寿命,过小的供液流量会影响支架控制精准性;分析现阶段液压支架跟机供液系统压力,得出液压支架不同的动作所需的供液流量不同,用液量与需要动作的支架数量成正比,压力下降的速度与支架动作速度呈反比;最后对液压系统总体与关键部件数字式卸荷阀进行优化设计。由智能化供液系统模拟仿真可知,经过优化的智能化供液系统压力充足且压力波动幅度范围较小,液压支架的运行速度得到显著提升,可有效提升供液系统部件使用寿命,保证液压支架动作控制精准性,符合液压支架智能化供液系统优化设计要求。

Abstract
Aiming at the phenomena of large pressure fluctuations, relatively severe pressure impacts and others in the hydraulic support liquid supply system of Xiegou Mine during the process of daily use, it is proposed to carry out intelligent optimization and transformation on the hydraulic support liquid supply system. By studying the machine tracking process of hydraulic support, it is found that an excessively large liquid supply flow rate of the liquid supply system will reduce its service life, while an excessively small liquid supply flow rate will affect the accuracy of support control; Analyze the pressure of the current stage hydraulic support and machine tracking liquid supply system, and determine that the required liquid supply flow rate for different actions of the hydraulic support is different. The amount of fluid used is proportional to the number of brackets that require action, and the speed of pressure drop is inversely proportional to the speed of bracket action; Finally, optimization design is conducted on the overall hydraulic system and key components digital type unloading valve. According to the simulation of the intelligent liquid supply system, it is found that the optimized intelligent liquid supply system has sufficient pressure and a relatively small range of pressure fluctuation amplitude. The operating speed of the hydraulic support is significantly improved, which can effectively enhance the service life of the liquid supply system components, ensure the action control accuracy of the hydraulic support, and meet the optimization design requirements of the hydraulic support intelligent liquid supply system.
