  • 摘要

    针对露天矿洒水车完成加水任务时,采用人工将注水口与加水口对齐的方式效率低,存在水资源浪费、操作人员安全性低等问题,结合露天矿洒水车作业工况特点,提出一套基于注水口自动识别与定位技术、水体多级过滤技术、水体质量监控技术及多个子系统互相协调的露天矿洒水车智能监控系统,并通过密度聚类算法和最小二乘法进行理论与实际验证。智能监控系统具有实时自动监控、车辆精确定位、加水架注水口与洒水车加水口的自动对中、水体多级过滤、水质不达标报警等功能。该系统的应用实现露天矿洒水车自动化加水工作,有效提高人员效率,对人员和业务流程形成全方位有效管控,实现加水系统的数据监测与报表一键生成,实现洒水车加水过程中的随过滤随排渣。

  • Abstract

    Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, waste of water resources, low safety of operators and others when using the method of manually aligning the water inlet with the water injection port when open-pit mine sprinkler truck finish water adding task, combined with the operation working condition characteristics of open-pit mine sprinkler truck, a set of intelligent monitoring system for open-pit mine sprinkler truck based on water injection port automatic identification and positioning technology, water body multi-level filtration technology, water body quality monitoring technology, and coordination of multiple subsystems is proposed. The system is theoretically and practically verified through density clustering algorithm and least squares method. The intelligent monitoring system has functions such as real-time automatic monitoring, vehicle precise positioning, automatic centering of water adding rack water injection port and sprinkler truck water inlet, water body multi-level filtration, and alarm for water quality non-compliance, etc. The application of this system realizes the automation of water adding work for open-pit mine sprinkler truck, effectively improving personnel efficiency, forming comprehensive and effective management and control over personnel and business processes, realizing one click generation of data monitoring and statement of the water adding system, and realizing the filtering and slag discharge during water adding process of sprinkler truck.
