摘要
振打电机的应用可解决胶带机漏斗堵煤问题,从而有效避免造成生产中断、设备损坏等严重后果。针对煤炭胶带机振打电机在实际应用中因启动滞后而导致防堵煤效果不佳的问题,经现场实际分析其主要原因包括振打电机控制方式单一、自动化程度不足、预警机制效果欠佳以及人为影响因素过大等,由此提出1种基于PLC控制系统的煤炭胶带机设备改造方案,通过线路改造和优化编程设计,将原振打电机改造升级为基于PLC的智能振打系统,增加远程控制、大料流预警机制以及煤种黏度预设等功能,实现运行全过程的自动化控制。经改造后的智能振打系统性能可靠、自动化与智能化程度高,投入实际使用后,胶带机堵煤风险得到有效预防和控制,提升了振打电机的运行效率和稳定性,同时减轻人力劳动负担,降低维修、维护成本,为煤炭作业提供重要保障。

Abstract
The application of vibration motors effectively resolves coal blockage issues within the funnels of belt con⁃veyors, which can avoid potential disruptions to production and equipment damage. However, practical implementa⁃tion often encounters challenges, notably the delayed startup of vibration motors, resulting in inadequate preventionof coal blockages. Through on⁃site analysis, key factors contributing to this issue have been identified, including alimited control mode for vibration motors, insufficient automation, an inadequate warning mechanism, and signifi⁃cant human influence factors. To address these challenges, a solution based on PLC control system for coal belt con⁃veyor equipment transformation is proposed. By restructuring circuits and optimizing programming designs, the origi⁃nal vibration motor is upgraded to a PLC -based intelligent vibration system. This upgrade incorporates additionalfunctionalities such as remote control, high⁃flow warning mechanisms, and coal viscosity presets, culminating infull⁃process automation control. The performance of the intelligent vibration system after transformation demonstratesreliability, with heightened levels of automation and intelligence. Upon practical implementation, the risk of coalblockages within belt conveyors is effectively prevented and managed, thereby enhancing operational efficiency andstability of the vibration motors, reducing manual burdens, repair, and maintenance costs, and providing indispen⁃sable support for coal operations.
