摘要
煤矿瓦斯综合利用是煤炭企业实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要手段。针对超低浓度瓦斯大量排放和资源化利用的技术短板,结合小庄煤矿瓦斯抽采及利用现状,提出了“蓄热氧化技术”。在分析超低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化技术原理的基础上,制定相应的供热及发电方案,分析了超低浓度(10%以下)煤矿瓦斯利用的运行情况及应用效果。实践表明,该技术方案经规划实施后经济效益和环保效益显著,为抽采浓度低于8%的矿井提供了瓦斯利用的方法与借鉴。

Abstract
carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Aiming at the shortcomings in the application of large volume discharge and resource uti-lization technology for ultra-low-concentration gas, combined with the current situation of gas extraction and utilization in Xi-aozhuang Coal Mine, we put forward the “ thermal storage and oxidation technology” , formulated a series of implementationplans, and analyzed the effectiveness of the utilization of ultra-low-concentration( less than 10% ) coal mine gas. The practiceshows that the remarkable economic and environmental benefits have been achieved after implementation of this technicalscheme, providing reference for the utilization of low concentration( 8% ) of extracted gas.
