    高精度三产品重介质旋流器是近年来出现的新型三产品重介质旋流器之一,具有二段分选密度实时在线可控、分选精度高、工艺布置简单、改建成本低等优势,其二段旋流器结构对该设备的分选效果具有显著影响。为进一步提高三产品重介质旋流器的分选精度,提高其对吕梁山煤电洗煤厂洗选工艺的适用性,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)数值模拟的方法,研究高精度三产品重介质旋流器的操作参数和结构参数对其内部流场的影响。研究结果表明:随着二段旋流器入介速度的增加,二段旋流器的离心系数也随之增大;入介口位置的变化主要影响了二段旋流器径向速度和二段旋流器轴向速度分布,在中间入介时,一段旋流器所受到的影响最小;二段入介口偏角为5°时对一段旋流器流场影响最小,有利于获得较好的分选效果。

  • Abstract

    The high-precision three-product heavy media cyclone is a new-type three-product cyclone that made its debut only in recent years. The cyclone enjoys a host of special merits, such as the possibility to effect online real-time control of separating densities of its two stages, high separation precision, simple process layout and low cost of process remoulding work. The structure of the two stages of the cyclone has a great bearing on the separation effects. With an aim to further improve the separation precision of the cyclone, and its applicability to the plant′s washing process, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation method is used to study the effects on the internal flow field of the cyclone produced by both operating and structural parameters. As revealed by study results, with the increase of the medium inlet velocity, the centrifugal coefficients of the flow in the two stages are likely to increase; the change of positions of medium inlet mainly affect the distributions of both radial and axial velocities; and when the medium inlet is set at the cyclone′s intermediate position with a deflection angle of 5°, the flow field in the first stage is least affected, which is beneficial to the improvement of separation effects.
