    机电设备运行状态的监测与维护是确保选煤厂稳定生产的重要环节。曹家滩选煤厂针对机电设备维修人员素质和技能水平不均衡、润滑保养工作不到位、设备监护不全面以及生产负荷过重等问题,安装投用了一种智能温振监测系统。系统由无线数据采集器、数据采集终端和设备故障诊断平台三部分组成,具有设备远程状态监测与诊断、设备故障预警等功能。生产实践表明:系统投用后,有效指导了机电设备的润滑保养工作,提高了设备管理水平,降低了设备故障与维修成本,年维修更换设备由31台减至23台,报废设备减少2台,年节省费用约100万元;2023年设备故障时长整体减少,实现了核心设备的智能监测,提高了设备运行效率,尤其是三四季度经过算法模型优化后,故障时长进一步降低,同比平均下降了60.98%。智能温振监测系统实现了曹家滩选煤厂机电设备的实时监测与故障预防,降低了故障风险,构建了高效的设备运行体系,提升了管理效率,有效助力企业安全、稳定、高效生产。

  • Abstract

    Monitoring and maintenance of running status of electrical and mechanical equipment is a crucial link for ensuring stable operation of a coal preparation plant. The problems faced by Caojiatan Plant involve, among others, differences in technical competence and skill levels of maintenance personal, inadequate and unsound equipment lubrication and monitoring work, and overload of equipment. As a remedial measures, an intelligent temperature and vibration monitoring is applied. The system is comprised of three parts: wireless data collector, data collection terminal and equipment fault diagnostic platform, which is capable of executing remote monitoring and diagnosis as well as early-warning of failure of equipment. Field application shows the use of the system can effectively guide lubrication work, improve management level and reduce fault removal and maintenance costs of equipment; each year, the number of equipment repaired or replaced is reduced from 31 to 23 while that discarded is cut by 2, resulting in a save of cost of about one million yuan a year; in 2023, the overall equipment breakdown time was seen to be reduced because of realization of intelligent monitoring and improvement of operation efficiency of core equipment; and especially in the third and fourth quarters of 2023, through optimization of algorithmic model, the equipment breakdown time was further reduced by an average of 60.98% compared with the corresponding period in the previous year. The use of the system for real-time monitoring and prevention of fault of electrical and mechanical equipment has led to reduced failure risks and improved management level of equipment, and the building of a high-efficiency equipment operation system, thus effectively enabling the Caojiatan Plant to operate in a safe, steady and highly efficient manner.
