在分析我国充填开采发展现状,并介绍充填法开采技术的发展历程、研究应用情况、充填开采方式的基础上,结合开滦实施的充填开采分析了开采设备综合配套,说明了支架与充填输送机配套工作过程。该配套设备不仅完全满足矸石充填采煤工艺系统对其性能要求,而且充填效率高、性能稳定,解决了矸石充填配套设备影响充填速度的问题,可实现矸石井下处理与建筑物下煤炭资源的充分利用。

Based on the analysis on the development status of the backfill mining in China, the introduction on the developmentcourse and the research and applic ation of the backfill mining technology and the backfill mode, in combination with the backfill mining practiced in Kailuan, the integrated match of the mining equipment was analyzed and the matching process of the powered support and the backfill conveyor was explained. The matched equipment would not only fully meet the performa nce requirements of the mining technical system with the coal rejects backill, but could have high backfill efficiency and stable performances and could solve the coal r eject backfill matched equipment influenced to the backfill speed.The matched equipment could realize the coal reject handling in underground mine and the full utilizati on of the coal resources under the buildings.
