    针对蒙西矿区复杂水文地质条件,在应用冻结法施工基础上,通过优化立井机械化配套混合作业法,采用3套大型立井提升设备、新型双联FJD-6G型12臂伞钻配合YGZ-70型凿岩机同时凿岩综合配套施工,完成了最大净直径10.5 m、掘进直径15.5 m的井筒施工,实现该地区平均月成井超百米,最高月成井120 m,充分发挥机械化配套设备能力,在保证工程安全和质量前提下加快了施工速度,有效降低了成本。
  • Abstract
    According to the complicated hydrological conditions in western Inner Mongolia mining area,based on the ground freezing method construction,with the 0 ptimization of the mechanized matched combined operation method in the mine shaft,three sets of the large mime shaft hoisting equipments,new double linked FJD-6G mode 12 boom umbrella drill and the YGZ-70 mode rock drills were applied to the simultaneous rock drilling matched construction.The shaft with a max net diameter of 10.5 m was completed.The shaft with an excavated diameter of 15.5 m was constructed.The average month shaft completed over 100 m in depth was realized in that ar ea and the max month shaft completed was 120 m.The mechanized matched equipment capacity was fully played.On the premise of the project safety and quality ensur ed,the construction speed was speeded up and the cost was efficiently reduced.
