    为了解决汪家寨煤矿P41102综放工作面回采过程瓦斯超限频繁等问题,通过在本煤层施工顺层钻孔进行瓦斯预抽,有效地降低了工作面回采过程中的瓦斯涌出量。同时,在采空区30 m范围埋设直径250 mm瓦斯抽放管对采空区瓦斯进行抽采,减少回风流的瓦斯浓度,在煤层顶板15m左右布置高位钻孔抽采上邻近卸压层瓦斯,效果明显,瓦斯抽采量达到27.05 m3/min,瓦斯抽采率达到69.5%,工作面平均月进尺提高30 m以上,生产能力平均提高86 851.6 t/月,杜绝了瓦斯超限,保证了工作面的安全高效生产。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the frequent gas content over limit problem occurred during the mining process of No.P41102 fully mechanized top coal caving mining f ace in Wangjiazhai Mine, with the boreholes layout along the mining seam for the gas drainage, the gas emission value from the mining process was effectively reduce d.Within a 30 m scope in the goaf, the gas drainage pipeline with a diameter of 250 mm buried were applied to the gas drainage in the goaf.The gas content in the air re tuning flow was reduced.High level boreholes set at the 15 m in the seam roof were applied to the pressure releasing and the gas drainage in the up neighboring strata with obvious effects. The gas drainage value was reached to 27.05 m3/min, the gas drainage rate was reached to 69.5% and the month advancing rate of the coal minin g face was improved over 30 m.The month production capacity of the coal mining face was improved with 86 851.6 t in average. The elimination of the gas content over I imit could ensure the safety and high efficient production of the coal mining face.
