    为解决胡家河煤矿井底水仓底鼓变形严重的问题,通过室内物理相似材料模拟试验,得出了围岩应力高、底板岩性差以及底板未采取支护是导致巷道底鼓严重的因素。基于塑性圈理论及提高底板强度和整体支护结构体稳定性角度出发,采用锚网喷砌碹+反底拱+底锚杆+钢筋网综合支护技术控制巷道底鼓变形。巷道表面位移观测结果表明:采用该综合支护技术后,巷道两帮累计移近量不超过10 mm,顶底累计移近量不超过12 mm,有效地解决了井底水仓的底鼓问题。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the serious floor heave deformation problems of water sump in the mine shaft bottom of Hujiahe Mine ,through the simulation in-door tes t with physical similar material,the high stress of the surrounding rock,poor floor lithology and no support conducted in the floor would be the major factors to cause the serious floor heave in the mine roadway.Based on the plastic ring theory and to improve the floor strength and the completed support structure stability,the comprehensi ve support technology with the bolt/steel mesh/shotretting/lining + reversed floor arch + floor bolt + reinforced bar mesh was applied to control the floor heave deforma tion of the mine roadway.The surface displacement observation results of the mine roadway showed that when the comprehensive support technology applied,the conve rgence between the two sidewalls of the mine roadway was not over 10 mm,the convergence between the roof and floor was not over 12 mm and the floor heave proble m of the water sump in the mine shaft bottom was effectively solved.
