摘要
在斜井施工中,为了顺利通过含有深表土层、流砂层的地段,设计提出了超前长距离大管棚支护和冻结法2个可行的施工方案,经过详细的方案论证和技术经济比较,推荐采用了超前长距离大管棚支护方案,并在经坊煤矿成功采用导向跟管钻进技术实施超前长距离大管棚支护及滑模施工。工程实践表明,采用导向跟管钻进技术,能使超前大管棚一次支护长度达到160 m。与冻结法相比,超前长距离大管棚支护可使工期缩短77%、造价减少83%。同时,该施工方法成功推广到了庄子河煤矿。

on period reduced by 77% and the cost could be reduced by 83% .Meanwhile, the construction method was successully promoted to Zhuangzihe Mine.
