    根据《煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设管理暂行规定》对乌兰煤矿永久避难硐室供电系统进行研究,设计了双电源供电系统,使井下电源与地面钻孔电源可在5 s内实现自动切换。通过分析井下瓦斯爆炸灾害提出了井下电缆采取深埋500 mm的保护措施,在明确硐室内设备功率的基础上,计算电缆电压损失,确定地面及井下电缆引进避难硐室内的距离范围不超过1 500 m。同时提出了地面钻孔及其内部套管布置方案,并确定钻孔内电缆的下放方式及固定方式。硐室现场的安全供电证实了此套供电系统的可行性。
  • Abstract
    According to The Construction and Management Temporary Provisions of Mine Emergent Refuge System, a study was conducted on the power supply sy stem of the mine permanent refuge chamber in Wulan Mine .A double power supply system was designed and thus the mine electric power and the electric power in surf ace borehole could be automatically switched within five seconds.With the analysis on the gas explosion disasters occurred in the underground mine, the protection me asures of the underground electric cables with a buried depth of 500 mm were provided.Based on the power of the equipment in the chamber clarified, the voltage lost 0 f the cable should be calculated and the distance between the surface cable and the underground cable to the refuge chamber should not be over 1 500 m.Meanwhile, a plan of the surface borehole and the inner casing pipe layout was provided and the down setting method and fixed method of the cable in the borehole were determin ed.The safety power supply of the chamber site confirmed the feasibility of the power supply system.
