摘要
为提高通风机的调节运行经济性,对离心叶轮的叶片进行襟叶调节。研究了离心通风机襟叶和前导器调节、轴流通风机动叶调节、节流调节时的通风机效率、管路效率、系统效率、调节效率、节能率,得出调节运行经济性综合特性曲线。结果表明:当通风机流量变化到66.3%~113.8%,襟叶调节时,通风机的平均系统效率大于79.9%,平均调节效率大于91.9%,总体上比动叶调节和前导器调节的系统效率及调节效率要高;通风机流量降低较多时,襟叶调节的优势更明显。同时将G4-73带前导器的离心通风机改成襟叶调节,当流量降低到70%时节能率为28.9%,因此离心通风机襟叶调节的运行经济性较好。
