摘要
为了准确掌握矿井提升机制动器工作状态,将层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判法应用到矿井提升机制动器可靠性评判研究中,通过对评判系统进行总体设计,建立了评判系统模型,并阐述了其具体评判过程。以某提升机制动器为例进行了实例验证,结果表明:该评判系统能准确、高效地对制动器进行可靠性评判,获得制动器安全状态等级,及时发现制动器存在的安全隐患,这为矿井安全生产提供了可靠保证。

Abstract
In order to accurately master the working status of the brake in the mine hoist, the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive judgment me
thod were applied to the study on the relability judgment of the brake in the mine hoist.With a general design conducted on the judgment system, a judgment system m
odel was established.The paper stated the certain judgment process.The case verification was conducted on the brake of a hoist.The results showed that the judgment
system could accurately and high efficiently judge the reliability of the brake.The safety status grade of the brake was obtained and the safety hidden danger existed in
the brake could be timely found, which could provide the reliable guarantee to the mine safety production.
