摘要
为了便于地面生产管理部门对井下环境进行有效的监管,利用井下已经覆盖的无线网络,结合WCF数据传输技术,设计并实现了煤矿安全巡检管理系统。系统通过移动终端设备,将巡检得到的煤矿井下环境参数、三违信息及图片快速、准确地传输至地面服务器,同时在地面服务器进行有效的统计分析,及时反映井下环境状况。该系统的设计在提高煤矿工人工作环境安全系数的同时,也有效地推进了安全巡检工作的规范化和信息化,提升煤矿管理人员的工作效率和管理水平。

In order to make the surface production management department to effectively monitor and manage the environment in the underground mine, with the a
pplication of the available covered wireless network in the underground mine and in combination with the WCF data transmission technology, a mine safety patrol mana
gement system was designed and realized.With mobile terminal equipment, the system could rapidly and correctly transmit the underground mine environment paramet
ers, three violation information and images collected from the mine patrol in the underground mine to the surface servers.Meanwhile a statistic analysis would be effecti
vely conducted by the surface server, the underground mine environment conditions could be timely reflected.The design of the system could improve the working envir
onment safety coefficient of the mine workers, could effectively promote the standardization and informationization of the mine safety patrol work and could upgrade the
work efficiency and management level of the mine management personnel.
