大功率煤矿通风机隔爆应急供电电源的研制

    为解决煤矿掘进工作面停电停风引起瓦斯事故问题,提出一套新的整体掘进工作面停电应急供风系统设计方案,并在此基础上研发了大功率隔爆应急电源。该电源通过一种无损均衡充电方法,采用新型矿用短时工作制隔爆型逆变器,使充电后的蓄电池组具有容量大、效率高等优点,可满足30 kW通风机正常工作60 min以上。该应急电源能适应于我国多数煤矿掘进工作面场合。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the gas accident problem caused by the electric power shut off and the ventilation stopped in the mine roadway heading face, a complet ed new design plan of the emergency ventilation supply system was provided when the electric power of the mine roadway heading face was shut off. Based on the circ umstances, a high power flameproof emergency electric power was researched and developed.With a non-destructive balance charging method of the power, a new min e short working system flameproof inverter could be applied to make the battery group have high volume, high efficiency and other advantages after charged and meet a normal operation over 60 minutes for 30 kW ventilator.The emergency power could be suitable for the major mine roadway heading faces in China.
