通过收集分析贵州省74对矿井、107层煤的突出参数和以往发生的煤与瓦斯突出事故,对贵州突出煤层及突出指标分布特点进行了研究,针对贵州煤与瓦斯突出特点及防突工作存在的主要问题,针对性提出了相应的防突措施:以区域防突为重点,优化矿井采掘部署,加大矿井防突装备投入,加大矿井瓦斯参数测试和防突技术研究,加大防突知识培训及提高矿井人员素质等,以此减少贵州矿井煤与瓦斯突出事故。

With the collection and analysis on the outburst parameters and the previous coal and gas outburst accidents occurred in the 74 mines and 107 seams i n Guizhou Province, a study on the outburst seam and outburst index distribution features in Guizhou was conducted. According to the coal and gas outburst features a nd the main problems existed in the outburst prevention works in Guizhou, the relative outburst prevention measures were provided.Taking the regional outburst prevent ion as the key, the optimization of the mine mining and excavation layout, the enlarged input of the mine outburst prevention equipment, the enhanced mine gas parame ter measurement and the study on the outburst prevention technology, the enhanced outburst prevention knowledge training and the improvement of the staff quality Co uld be applied to reduce the coal and gas outburst accidents occurred in Guizhou mine.
