强力锚索支护在大采高孤岛工作面巷道中的应用

    针对寺河矿2304大采高孤岛工作面巷道围岩破坏严重,普通高强锚杆支护无法控制巷道剧烈变形的情况,对巷道围岩变形的程度进行了调查,并对巷道变形的原因进行分析,采用数值模拟软件模拟了高预应力强力锚索在不同长度、间距、排距、角度以及预应力条件下形成的不同的预应力场,模拟结果表明:高预应力强力锚索支护能控制巷道的变形;将强力锚索应用到2304工作面的23042巷和23044巷,巷道变形得到有效控制,顶板下沉量控制在100 mm以内,两帮移近量控制在200 mm以内,保证了巷道的安全,缓解了寺河矿采掘衔接紧张。
  • Abstract
    According to theisurrounding rock serious failure in the mining gateway of No.2304 high cutting coal mining face in a island seam of Sihe Mine and to the conventional high strength bolt support no control to the serious deformation of the gateway, a investigation was conducted on the degree of the surrounding rock defor mation in the gateway and the analysis was conducted on the cause of the gateway deformation.The numerical simulation software was applied to simulate the different pre-stressed force fields formed under the high pre-stressed powerful anchor with different length, space distance, row distance, angle and pre-stressed force.The simul ation results showed that the high pre-stressed powerful anchor support could control the deformation of the gateway.When the powerful anchor was applied to No.2304 2 and No.23044 gateways of No.2304 coal mining face, the deformation of the gateway could be effectively controlled, the subsidence of the roof could be controlled wit hin 100 mm and the convergence of the two sidewalls could be controlled within 200 mm. Thus the safety of the gateway could be ensured and the connection tension b etween the mining and excavation of Sihe Mine could be released.
